Hello, please am currently experiencing same bbm issues as etcetera. My bbm just stopped working, I deleted and reinstalled it's still saying the same thing temporary bbm server error, it has refused to even complete the setup process, same thing with my email, can't set it up it keeps telling me your device had a problem connecting to the server. Pls I need help. Thanks

I want to get to bbm i have the phone bb 9930 but it says activation required i cant talk to anybody i send anybody's pin it dont reach to them

BBM is a proprietary service, requiring subscription, from your mobile service provider (Verizon, according to your profile here), to a data plan that is adequate to activate it. So, ring them up to find out about that.
