Blackberry-Mobilicity Warranty

For 13 weeks have been trying to get my phone repaired under warranty. The first 8 weeks spent waiting on Mobilicity to open a service center in Edmonton as two centers were feed up with Mobilicity and closed. Third center opened after 8 weeks and was able to take in phone for repair. Five weeks later and no phone, the third center where the phone was dropped off on there second day of operation has closed their service center, so there is again no center in Edmonton for service repair(warranty work). Mobilicity is not providing any service and even worse Blackberry will not provide any help other than telling me to take it to the dealer where it was purchased. So just informing readers of how terrible the service is from both of these companies.
