Blackberry News for Playbook

I own two BB playbooks, a 16Gb and a 64Gb. Had on the 16, blackberry News installed, not so on the 64. Upgraded the 16, and lo and behold my BB news could not be found anywhere. Tried to download it again but RIM tells me that my current profile is not the correct one for the apps. Tried downloading through my computer  and the same thing. Can anybody help me out, so that I may have BB news again and in both tablets? Thanks for any help. Can I change my profile? How do I do that? Step by step?

Hey alvinape,

To better assist you, what is the full error message you receive when attempting to download the BlackBerry News App for BlackBerry PlayBook?

Thank you.
