Blackberry Protect Does not want to work

Hi
I had Blacckberry Protect on my curve 9300 then I activated Blackberry Enterprise Service. After removing BES my Blackberryy Protect does not want to work. I have deleted all the service books relatingg to BES yet it says when I open the Protect app that I'm a BES user. I tried deleting the Protect and re-installed nothing works. Please can anyone assist me to get it working again.

Re: Blackberry Protect Does not want to work

Hi fadzie007,

BlackBerry Protect is will not work if you have BES service. If you want to use BB Protect then remove BES and wipe your handheld and then try installing BB Protect.
