Each time I power my phone and it comes back on, it sends me a "message" that my Blackberry Protect ID is locked. I've even gone to try to download an app, and it says "There is an issue with your current session. Please login to continue. (Error Id: 30702)" I don't know if these are related, but I continue to have issues with my phone. I have even tried to go to Options, Blackberry ID, and it give me the message "Unable to update your Blackberry ID account information." How do I get everything right again so I can use my phone?
