I would suggest you bypass your carrier and find rim customer service number on your own. When I went to the carrier they just gave me RIM customer support number.

This is what I said to the technical support from blackberry here in ksa. I don't know how they will going to fix this
But my wireless provider sucks. They are totally useless. I threatened the customer service representative that our conversation is recorded so what he did was to give the number of the BlackBerry tech support. I hope they are working on it.

Yes, they give the number of the technical support of BlackBerry. They called me yesterday and this morning and I sent the log files to them.

Did you contact your Carrier or the BlackBerry? Did they fix your issue? Can you send me your incident number so far I could send this to my carrier? Thanks

Yep, same prob here and there doesn't seem to be any support to help out. Very dissapointing.
