To clarify, are you trying to access the BlackBerry® Protect™ web portal from your BlackBerry® Browser? The web portal is designed to be used on a computer web browser for removed management.

I am having the same problem. I don't see my phone listed in the BB Protect website.
1. I deleted and reinstalled BB Protect on my 9900.
2. Did a backup.
3. Logged into BB protect website using the same BBID on BB protect on the phone and on the BB Protect website on the PC.
4. After logging into BB Protect website, I don't see my phone listed.
Has anyone faced thsi problem and any resolution?

i have the same problem on my Z10. It doesnt show up in Blackberry Protect website. My BB Server region is Asia Pacific instead of MEA. My other BB phone doesnt have any issues. And the server of my old BB is in MEA. Before, i used the BBID of my old BB to Z10, and the Z10 is in the BB Protect website. SInce I want to maintain my old BB, i decided to create a new BBID for my Z10. When I activated and logged in to BB Protect website, my Z10 wont show up. Please i need your help.

I have the same problem with a 9900 on T-Mobile USA. I can backup and restore but it doesn't show up on the website. It used to work before updating the OS.
