Re: Blackberry Protect Website not working

The site is working fine for me. Just tested.

Without details of what browser you're using, version, etc., it's hard to help you.

You you doing this on your PC, not your BlackBerry?

Re: Blackberry Protect Website not working

Correct, I am doing this from my computer.  I runing Windows 7, have tried this in Internet Explorer version 8.0.7600.16385 and Firefox Version 3.6.15.  I have also tried clearing my cache to see if that was having the issue and I'm still getting this same Error message.  Their appears to be some sort of issue, as I see on the forum now that another person is having the same issue.

Re: Blackberry Protect Website not working

I've found one more similar thread (making three) to yours.

It's still working for me.

But, I do note all three of these threads are Verizon users.

Re: Blackberry Protect Website not working

I have been sticking by blackberry, but their lack of support on this issue is no better than the issue that they had several weeks ago. Blackberry protect is why I was keeping my phone, but not anymore after this.
