My device is not in english, but directly translated I think it should be like this: Settings, Security, Safety Wipe. Or something close to this. But remember to make back up first! If u need it of course...

Hi!

 

As one of you kindly adviced I went to the Blackberry ID menu and re-typed my user name and password (the same as previously) and Blackberry Protect started workingSmiley Happy

U r missing in typing i.e. Spelling is wrong. Recheck twice before sending. Ok

Press menu key go to options, then
“Blackberry I D“ and under the “User Name“ menu put the same E mail I D to match the one that you typed for BB Protect.
This will solve your problem.

If any spelling mistake it won't work

I've tried more tan once! Each time, I get that green spinning wheel when I try to login to BB Protect and nothing happens...

I am sorry. My problem was solved by doing the above. Maybe u r having some other problem.
