Blackberry Protect

Hi, I have downloaded and do my first backup for my device. But my device is not appear in blackberry protect, I have wait for months but my device still won't appear. My device Curve 9300 runnin on OS.6.0

Hey imagine92 ,

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.

 

Are you currently attached to a BlackBerry Enterprise Server?  If you are, you will not be able to use BlackBerry Protect as all your information is backed up to the BES.

 

 I would suggest reinstalling BlackBerry Protect by going to www.blackberry.com/protect and sign in with your BlackBerry ID.
