It sounds like they aren't setting up your blackberry data plan correctly. can you take it to the store and have them verify this? If not.. I hate to say it, you'll have to give them another call and ask that they verify your blackberry data plan. ask them to resend your service books and they can also show you to how to register your host routing table. Thats why I'm recommending going to the store first so they can fix the service you've paid for.
confirm the blackberry data plan.
send service books:
1. Log into your providers BIS site
2. Click Help on the left hand side under Settings.
3. Click the link to resend the service books.
resgister host routing table:
I recommend that you get them to do this for you, but feel free to give it a shot. The most important thing is to confirm you have the correct blackberry data plan attached to your account.
