Hello, good morning.


My name is Alvaro Parra, and i need your help. I am from Caracas, venezuela. I have a Blackberry Bold 2, Model 9700. But at this moment it is blocked by the Cellphone Operator: DIGITEL, because, I lost it some day, and I have to reported that. Then, to prevent they have a Politicy of security, and block the line/number and the PIN. Two days later, I found it. But I can´t used it, at least you pass me or they a comunication, to support my request.

I´ll hope you can help me in this. Please. I beg you to do something to help to resolve this problem.

Hola buenos dias, quisiera saber como debo hacer para volver a activar mi Blackberry Bold 2, M. 9700,lo reporte como extraviado a mi operadora (Digitel- VENEZUELA ) y me bloquearon la linea y el equipo, luego lo encontre, fui a la operadora, y me dijeron que me podian reactivar la linea ( sim card ) mas no el PIN, porque al ser reportado como extraviado o robado, ellos lo reportan a RIM y queda BLOQUEADO EL PIN, es decir, que mi BB queda como un celular comun y corriente?? debe de haber una forma de poder reactivarlo, espero me puedan ayudar. Mucho me gustaría si Ustedes pudieran ayudarme a solventar este problema. El teléfono lo compre aca en venezuela, en una Tienda Digitel. Y la linea esta a mi nombre, solo que por políticas de seguridad, y tantos robos, aplican el bloqueo del PIN y la linea.

Espero poder obtener su ayuda al respecto, y espero su pronta respuesta.
