Blackberry Torch 9800 White PIN TO CONNECT TO BATTERY??!!

So, my little brother has a white blackberry torch 9800 my mum brought of ebay for him as spares or repairs thinking it was a easy to get fixed fault, well took it to a few places n they've all said they dont do it...

his problem is;    where the battery slots in to the phone on the phone itself it has 4 little goldish metal pins that connect to the battery pins, well one is missing, we used some tin foil as a earth but that rarely worked.

as i can see it looks repairable but because of it we've had so many problems charging it we've just gave up it all works fine and all its just that simple but stupid problem just how can i get it repaired because i cant find anything about it or where to get the pin from and I do not get this blackberry site at all i cant seem to find a customer support to email???
