Blackberry Torch 9800 not syncing with Outlook

One of the Blackberry Torch 9800 I have at my workplace is experiencing a synchronization issue with Outlook 2010. When a message is deleted from the cell phone, the deleted message does not appear to be deleted in

the user's Outlook inbox (when viewing email from the computer).  It appears to be a synchronization error.   

The phone's current software is 6.0 Bundle 2647.  Outlook is run on Exchange 2010 and there is a Blackberry enterprise server. 

Any ideas on this issue?
