Blackberry Torch 9810 freezing on load up screen !!!!!!!

The other day i paid £45 to get my phone fixed which was working for a few days and now isnt working. I had an update and had to restart my phone which now has left it freezing 3/4 of away. I have pulled the battery it is still freezing, it wont let me reboot or put into safe mode. I have also tried updating the software but it keeps losing connection so it wot update properly. I have only 3 months left on my contract and i dont want to waste loads of money on trying to get it fixed or to buy a new phone.

PLEASE HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

Well, you might try going back to that shop...if they have any ethics or warranty, they should help you.

But, if you cannot, then you are left with self-diagnostics. Given what you've described, the only things I can think of are the most drastic of remedies:

Do be aware, of course, that if the problem is indeed a hardware issue, then no amount of internet-distance nor self diagnosis can truly determine that...we might be able to deduce down to it being the most likely cause, but only a qualified technician with the device in their hands could actually provide a proper diagnosis and estimate if the problem indeed is hardware.

Good luck!
