Blackberry Torch Frozen

Help, It's been 24 hours and my phone is frozen at 10% while trying to update the new software. I started it and it said it would take 2 hours. Yeah right!  It says "backing up your data, social feed 0%, overall 10%". I tried to update from my pc but it wont let me do anything either. HELP!

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community.

In order to complete the BlackBerry® Device Software reload, you will need to use the BlackBerry® Desktop Software and force a detection by trying the steps in one of the following KB articles.
If you are using a Windows® computer: http://bbry.lv/L13o3O
If you are using a Mac: http://bbry.lv/NtreH7


Please note that this process will remove all data and applications from your BlackBerry® Torch™ smartphone. If you have a previously taken backup file, you may be able to restore some data from that backup.
