Blackberry Torch Holster magnet

I  am currently on my 2nd Holster. Both were bought through future shop. Both had the Blackberry Logo, the red stitching and the RIM part number, so are not knock-offs. The first wroked for only a month or two, when it then appeared to stop recognizing that the phone was in the Holster.  I finally realized that the magnet had slipped out of it's spot/pocket in the holsetr and when pushed back in place it worked, however it started slipping out all the time. I bought a new one and 3 months later have the same issue. Embarrassing when my holstered phone rings in a meeting and frustrating that the battery dies so fast. These holsters aren't cheap. Any suggestions or recommendations on a alternative holster (aftermarket) that works better?
