Blackberry World Store issue

When I try to setup Blackberry World Store I am getting an error message. I have the browser plug-in installed on my laptop & when I try to connect my BB in step 2, I get a message saying the device radio is not on. The BB is on & the radio appears to be working. Any ideas on how to fix the issue?


I have an 8310 & the carrier is AT&T.
