I recently updated my phone to 10.1.0.2019 software release and 10.1.0.2074 OS and Blackberry World isn't working. It said there was a connection problem and Blackberry World must close. I restarted the phone around 10 times and still doesn't work. I took out the battery and still doesn't work. I need some help. At&t is my carrier and Z10 is my phone. I checked all my connections and I saw no connection problem. I need to go on Blackberry World.

I have been having the same problem since this morning as well. I am a new Blackberry user and I switched from the iphone and android. This is frustrating and also disheartening. Never had this problem with iOS or android. RIM, fix this please.
