everytime i try to connect ot app world it says "we cannot connect you to blackberry app world. please ensure your device is connected to the wireless network and try again" even though i am connected to the wireless network. please help

Try the following:
Connect your device to WiFi and then try to access App World.
If still your problem persists, then
There is an alternate if you facing problem to directly download it from Appworld to your device.
Connect your BlackBerry Smartphone through USB cable to Internet enabled Laptop/Desktop.
Now open the following link:
In this on top right sign in with your existing BlackBerry ID.
Now you can dowload all as per the way you do it in your device.
