I don't have that option what else can I do please this phone is going to end up in pieces is there a way to downgrade from this stupid new appworld????

any downgrading will only harm ur phone! what is ur model maybe i can help from there!

i have the same! if ur O.S. is 5.0 then u go to options it is about the eighth option.

u go into it.

under Date/Time- u set ur time to automatic, thn u save ur settings.

 

if ur O.S. is 4.6. then u shld try upgrading-

u can do that wireless-ly or connect ur blackberry to ur computer, go to blackberry.com

or use ur desktop software......and update!

 

let me know if u need step by step directing

Hi I tried setting my clock to automatic update but its still saying an error has occurred please try again later. I'm almost close to giving up.

have u tried any of the other solutions posted?

 

everyone's phone has a different solution.
