Re: Blackberry app world never worked!

you have to enter your sim card TCP IP:-

but don't worry,

just follow step..

1>go to option

2>device

3>advanced systm setting

or

3>TCP IP

mark right sign in check box of APN setting enable

then enter APN name of your sevice provider(ex:-for idea:-APN:internet)

rremove mark from APN authentication enabled

Re: Blackberry app world never worked!

You'll need to give us a few more details of the problem before we're able to give any meaningful advice.... But I assume he does have a blackberry data plan? Do other data functions of his phone work?

Re: Blackberry app world never worked!

As I said, we'll need a bit more detail such as error messages etc to be able to give any real help.

Do other data functions such as bbm and email work?

Re: Blackberry app world never worked!

Sorry,

Erm bbm and emails work just the app world wont. I have done as suggested above but still nothing.

The error message I get is:

"Blackberry App world is having trouble connecting to the Blackberry App world server. Verify your network connections and try again"
