Blackberry bold 9700 email account set up problem

I've got a bold 9700 which I haven't used for a while.  I've started using it again and can't get the email accounts to work.

 

When I go into Set up --> Email accounts it won't let me select the email accounts 'button'.

 

I've tried alternative ways to get up the email such as:

 

"From your device's browser, go to mobile.blackberry.com. Select your country, then go to Communicate>Email. Scroll down to Other Personal Email and click on Integrate Now, then Launch Email Setup." - it doesn't have a Communicate tab so can't do that.

 

I also tried the blackberry.com/integrate and that doesn't work either.

 

Can anyone help me? It's driving me crazy having to visit the website all the time to check to see if I have emails!

Do you have a BlackBerry BIS data plan on your account?

Yes, just to add as well, my internet and apps are all working.

Those will work with no BIS data plan. Does BBM work?

I don't have any contacts on there to check... I did buy a specific 'top up' from 3 the other day for blackberries.

Many times the top up has problems when it comes to BlackBerry services. Check with 3 on the status of the BlackBerry data plan.

3 have said the data plan is fine so that shouldn't be causing the problem.

Can you go to Options >Advanced Options >Host Routing Table >menu key >Register now. Do you get a BlackBerry registration message?

I don't have "advanced options" as a choice in my options menu.

Please look Options >About and tell me your exact device model number and OS version.
