I've got a bold 9700 which I haven't used for a while. I've started using it again and can't get the email accounts to work.
When I go into Set up --> Email accounts it won't let me select the email accounts 'button'.
I've tried alternative ways to get up the email such as:
"From your device's browser, go to mobile.blackberry.com. Select your country, then go to Communicate>Email. Scroll down to Other Personal Email and click on Integrate Now, then Launch Email Setup." - it doesn't have a Communicate tab so can't do that.
I also tried the blackberry.com/integrate and that doesn't work either.
Can anyone help me? It's driving me crazy having to visit the website all the time to check to see if I have emails!
