Blackberry bold 9900 issue

Hi everyone,

 

I'm a new member here Smiley Happy can you please help me ?? I had a problem with my Blackberry bold 9900 phone. When I wake up everyday in the morning I find the device dead. even the alarm does not ring!! First I thought it's from the battery, so I bought a new one about two weeks ago, but still the problem persists. When I plug the device for charging it becomes hot from outside. I even deleted some applications from the device as it may solve the problem, but still till now the same situation

 

please advise me what tom do

What version of operating system you have on the BB.

I recommend you update your blackberry to 7.1.0.1098

Perform a backup prior co the Desktop Manager and BlackBerry Protect
Remember to set the alarm tone or vibration.
If you set the alarm and you will turn off the blackberry
It has two completely optional or shut off the alarm reminding.

Hi .. 

 

Try to charge with another Charger .. The Device heat problem occurs mainly due to faulty or currupted Chargers. . 

Please update the result after applied..

Of course if the charger is defective
Cause warming and will have a current regulation.

In this case it is advisable to change your charger for one that is in good condition

I usually charge the device by the PC connector at my working place, but I'll try to chrge by the charger at home & view the result.

A mollion thanks to you for your advice. I have updated my BB as you told me & the issue is gone. My BB had been working normally for the past 3 days.
