Blackberry bold unresponsive buttons

The 4 buttons next to the track pad plus the A button doesn't work......... Whyyyyy does this happen.......... Someone please helpppp me ASAP

Hello!

Anytime random strange behavior or sluggishness creeps in, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the back cover and pull out the battery. Wait about a minute then replace the battery and cover. Power up and wait patiently through the long reboot -- ~5 minutes. See if things have returned to good operation. Like all computing devices, BB's suffer from memory leaks and such...with a hard reboot being the best cure.

 

Sorry if this is redundant advice, but there's no way to know from your post if you have tried this or not. But, please do tell us what you may already have attempted...and exactly how each attempt resulted.

I have tried many ways to this. Sometimes it works sometime they don't work. I have tried what you have said and also tried to restore the phone but at the end I took it to phone shop for repair. Thanks anyway

Which would have been the next recommendation, once all of your independent diagnostic attempts were known. I'm glad you discovered the proper resolution path regardless. Enjoy!
