Blackberry curve 3G restarting on its own

The auto on/off feature iS OFF but it still restarts on its own every 2-3 days battery has full charge as well. Why does this happen?,

Hope you have checked battery is fine........further find steps to realod OS below...

 

Please download Blackbery device software from blackberry site & install it on your PC.

 

Connect your blackberry with your pc using USB data cable

 

And follow below mentioned path on your pc

 

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader\Loader.exe

 

Double click on loader.exe, which will run an application, its very user friendly app, you simply follow the path and in between it will prompt you to take backup of device as well, that you may select or not, depend upon you.

 

Please let us know, if you any query in above mentioned steps
