Blackberry curve Can't see video over the internet

I am trying to view my cctv cameras on my blackberry. Is this possible? I can pull up the site, but in the section where the video is suppose to be all I see is "java applet mode" if I try to use activeX I get "need browser 5. something or higher". I am able to play blueapple.mobi.

Blackberry 4.2 Core Application

Blackberry 4.2 System Software

Browser 4.2.2

Thank You

Re: Blackberry curve Can't see video over the internet

to what you say you see, it seems that the service you are talking about requires some stuff from your browser. That is :
  • either a Java applet capability
  • either an ActiveX capability

both are only available for desktop browksers (any for the first, and MS Internet Explorer for the second one).

Unless they provide an access dedicated for mobile browsers, you will not be able to use the service.

just for the recall, Java and Javascript have nothing in common. You can activate javascript as much as you want, it won't help you in this case.
