Blackberry email account

We just activated a new blackberry Torch 9800, upgraded from an 8330.  My wife's blackberry native email account that was setup on the old BB did not automatically transfer to the new device, and will not setup using the email setup feature on the new device.  Anyone got a solution to this?  My wife is also unable to remember her password for the email account, anyone got a link for the password retrieval.

Hello,

That account is managed directly by your wireless service provider (Telus)...contact them for assistance.
