At the moment its been three weeks, although some days are better than others. What botehrs me is that Blackberry want a £50 to able to 'solve the issue' and my carrier, T-Mobile UK, can;t be bothered to assist...

Your carrier can escalate you to BlackBerry. Then there is no charge. Just have to push them. They always resist and makes it seem like BlackBerry provides no support.
