Ok, I believe all the files identified in the post are the only files. however pocketmac did have a lot of "hidden" files.
So go to your FINDER window. in the upper right hand corner there is a "search" window. type in Pocketmac. this will bring up any and all files that may still be on your computer.
Delete all of them. Don't just put them in the trash you need to deleted them from the trash can. And then restart your mac.
DO NOT have your BB attached during this process.
Once the computer is up and running again, all pocketmac files should be gone.
Then attach your BB and launch DM.
Go under device, once its connected and up and running.
I suggest that you clear our all your calendar and Address book entries on the BB.
HOWEVER DO NOT CLEAR THEM WITHOUT BACKING UP YOUR MAC.
Then try to sync them again. Hopefully this will work for you.
If you are nervous about the clearing of the BB there is another post here, can't find the link right now, that will walk you through it.

I have a mac power pc running 10.5.8 and have downloaded desktop manager for mac. It does not recognize my ical at all and even if I start a new calendar it still wont recognize it all.
Really frustrating as I cannot find a solution to this and have no idea why it wont see my ical.
Any ideas please?
