Blackberry got WIPED OUT HELP!!! PLEASE

Hi there, ok so I did something stupid. I put the wrong password in and my blackberry totally wiped itself out. ( I guess it's a safety feature so no one gets my information if stolen) and I lost everything. Tried to take battery out so it wouldn't keep wiping out but didnt' work. Now it says JUM Error 513 (Reset) can someone PLEASE help me? Thanks very much!!!   Smiley Surprised

Re: Blackberry got WIPED OUT HELP!!! PLEASE

Not good... do you have a recent or not so recent backup of your device?

I would recommend that you download the OS for your BlackBerry model, connect your BB via USB to your PC and follow the instructions for YOUR specific model of BB, found at the top of this link... one of those highlighted in yellow that state "attention"...
