I have been blocked out of using my blackberry id account on my phone for about six months. I have taken it into the phone shop and they said it needs to be sorted by blackberry. There is no number to call though and I really need to set up an additional email address on my phone. It just says 'unable to access blackberry id' and won't let me go any further.
The password is correct so I have no idea why this is happening. Please help! It's so infuriating.

you could try :
plug in to PC
back up your device
try wiping the whole device clean
then reload your backed up profile
when phone asks for your ID, you enter the one you have with the password or if not then make a new one up !
