Im changing from one network to another & when i put in my new sim the phone & enter my blackberry id & password the message 'The username & password provided do not correspond to a valid Blackberry id'
So i reset my password, that is fine, i can log on to my blackberry id online - its using the same email & password as i do on the phone & it still wont accept the details.
I need help urgently please, I don't know where to go from here.
