I have reset my blackberry id lots of times and it still wont let me use it

Then you should try this KB  but Backup First :

KB28212  : "Unable to login to your BlackBerry ID account" or "Unable to update your BlackBerry ID account information" error occurs on a BlackBerry smartphone running BlackBerry 7

 

Or please give some more details , Where you're having problem , On device or BlackBerry ID website ? Have you recently changed your SIM .
