Never had a problem until now with my blackberry curve 9320.
The blackberry internet services stopped working on 7th Jan 2013, I can't use bbm, emails, the internet etc.
The only thing I've noticed thats different is under the service status section, where it says my blackberry enterprise server is not connected.
I've tried the usual, battery pull, tried registering on the host routing table, tried having services books sent, but none of its working because the phones saying I have no connection.
Actually finding this very annoying because EE/Orange have charged me the £5 for the blackberry internet services yet I can't use any of them.
I've also tried putting my current simcard into my old blackberry curve 8520, and nothing is working on there, also my mums got a blackberry curve 9320 but on Vodafone and she's having simular problems.
Anyone got any suggestions for what could be wrong?

Welcome to the BB Community...
See, as u said that "blackberry enterprise server is not connected", that means ur not connected to the "Enterprise BB Service"...
Check whether " BB Internet Service is Connected or not...if the BIS(BB Internet Service) is also not connected, then contact ur BB Service Provider...if BIS is not connected, that means u wont be able to use BBM or emails or internet...
NB- There r 2 connections. 1) BES(BB Enterprise Server) 2)BIS(BB Internet Service)

The BIS is saying its connected to the mobile network, and has said so since the problem happened, but the BES keeps saying that its not connected =/ Bit lost as to what to do at the moment lol

Since ur BIS is connected, so u should be able to access internet and all...have u talked to ur BB Service Provider abt this issue...???
Newayz, u might wanna go for a battery pull restart if u havent yet, this might help...take out the battery when ur BB is switched ON...after 5-10 seconds, reinsert the battery and let ur BB restart...
