Blackberry is completely frozen!

My blackberry bold 9780 is completely frozen. It was completely out of the blue, the screen just went black and it was fully charged. I can receive messages and calls but my kepboard won't work no matter what buttons I press it doesn't seem to work. The only time my screen would light up is if I plug it in the charger and even by doing so I cannot exit the screen showing the clock. It is frozen on the locked screen. Is there any solution to this? I removed the battery several times and it is still stuck! Even tried to reboot it but nothing seems to work.

Welcome to the forums. 

 

In this case we can try to reload the software on the BlackBerry® smartphone to make sure it is running the latest version and there are no issues with the OS.

Once you have backed up your BlackBerry smartphone please follow the link below to complete a clean reload of the BlackBerry smartphone software.
