I tried uncheckong the password option but it still locks the phone.
i even tried restarting the device but it didn't help.
It disturbs me while using any app.

Just to verify, the password lock feature is disabled and the BlackBerry smartphone is locking the keyboard and not requiring a password to be entered?
If this is the case, please try to first back up all your data using the BlackBerry Desktop Software and then perform a clean reload of your BlackBerry Device Software. For further steps, please see the following KB articles.
