Blackberry messenger is not working.

I have a blackberry 9320 curve, and OS 7.1.0.
Recently I update my bbm now I have the latest version of bbm 7.0.1.23 but when ever I try to open bbm it shows loading circle rolling continuously "setting up BBM" nothing happen afterwards.
I tried deleting and reinstalling it but  the problem remain same.     
Please help me to find its solution thanks.

Please contact your mobile service provider regarding this issue to have them verify that your current data plan is enabled with services that support the use of BBM.
