I am attempting to sign into my acct by using my blackberry id username. I swear I entered the right password but i keep getting that it's wrong so I used the forgot password link (several times) I am able to successfully change my password using the link that is sent to my email. I am even able to sign into my acct on my computer (just to double check that the password was accepted) but when i go to sign in using my blackberry, I get the same error message that i am unable to log in. I'm not able to get any of the updates for my phone because i am required to sign in to my acct first so what else can i do? I have even taken the battery out in hopes of resetting it but that didn't work either. please help

Can you try this using a WiFi connection if possible?

Sorry, i know your phone has a mobile connection and a WiFi connection

I'm asking if you can try to connect to app world using a WiFi connection vs your mobile connection.

the wifi connection is on but it doesn't seem like there are any networks found at my current location (i'm at work so maybe that's why) I'll try again from home (which i have tried before) but since i've reset the password so many times, it's worth a try from home again. I'll let you know if it works from home...thanks a lot for your suggestions

I'm checking. Can you try this in the meantime?
Its a similar description to what you're experiencing..
If the time is set correctly, set it wrong, save, set it back to the correct time save and retry app world.

Also.. when do you get the error? when trying to access app world?
