Blackberry protect

Hi I keep getting messages to verify my blackberry protect account - but I can't I try to log in and it wont accept it on the devise I updated the password and still wont let me log it - yet I can on my PC. I get about 15 messages a day now and its doing my head in ! Please how do I rest the log in and log in ?
