Blackberry protect

when i try using blackberry protect phone is staying on the "connecting to protect service" 

 

how do i fix this?

I have a full data service, have tried with both bis and full wifi and get the same result

check for upgrades available for blackberry protect or try to uninstall the application and re install it again
I am working for a telco account and my department is with Blackberry Device Support team. Likes are very much appreciated. I do not work for my carrier, I work for a different carrier in a different country
