Blackberry services not working (BBM, email)

Hello,

 

I have a Blackberry Curve 9630, and for almost two weeks now, neither the bbm or email services of my phone have been working, and the BlackBerry logo that usually comes up when connected to wifi or 3G is nowhere to be seen. I have tried pulling out my battery, rebooting, changing sim cards, logging in and out of my blackberry ID account, and still nothing. I have checked with my network provider that the blackberry option is still on, nothing. I have had a look at several other posts and advice and tried to register my device (following this link : http://btsc.webapps.blackberry.com/btsc/viewdocument.do?externalId=KB00510&sliceId=2&cmd=displayKC&d... still nothing, I don't receive any registration message.

 

Is there anything else I can do?

On your Manage Connections screen, click on the Services Status.
What is the status of the BlackBerry Internet Service?

 

If it is "not connected", then you need to call Virgin and confirm that your SIM card is still provisioned with the BIS BlackBerry Data Plan.

it does say "Not Connected", however I have already contacted Virgin and they said they did connect my SIM card. I have also tried with another SIM card that has the BlackBerry Option and it says "Not Connected" as well...

Update: I'm currently in South America whereas my SIM cards are european, therefore the roaming data was off. I started it back on, and got the message that my blackberry was registered. Hopefully that was all that was missing!
