Blackberry stopped syncing with iTunes!

After updating my bb bold 9900 with the latest software with the BB desktop software, it stopped syncing with the itunes. now none of my new songs are showing up on the BB desktop software. How can i fix this?

Sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue with synchronizing your BlackBerry® Bold™ 9900 smartphone with iTunes using the BlackBerry® Desktop Software.

 

Please try reinstalling the latest version of BlackBerry Desktop Software by going to www.blackberry.com/desktop on your computer, then test the media sync once again.

 

If any error messages are returned, please provide them.

I re installed the blackberry desktop software but it still didnt sync with the new songs i downloaded. Its the same as last time
