Blackberry support service in India - pathetic and poor response - absolutely uncommunicable

Dear Sir/Madam,

Please note that since the time we purchased this instrument, i am facing continuous problems.

  1. Whenever i try to contact 18004253720 - i hear 1000 times and maybe more (if i lasted on the phone for more time) - "we are sorry. all attendants are still busy. please continue to hold and your call will be answered by next available attendant. thank you for your patience."
  2. Overheating - I am always in a fear that the instrument will blast.
  3. The battery drains very fast
  4. We gave it for repair in March, but it did not work
  5. We gave it again on 3rd april and till date, no one is willing to give us any response.
  6. I am without a proper communication for more than 19 days
  7. I am putting you at legal notice for the following
    1. Intense fear due to over heating
    2. loss of business due to unavailability of data communication
    3. any physical and mental harm to me will need to be compensated

THERE IS NO WONDER THAT YOU HAVE LOST YOUR MARKET SHARE AND YOUNGER GENERATION DOES NOT WANT YOUR INSTRUMENT ANY MORE. JUST OUT OF LOVE FOR BLACKBERRY, I PUCHASED THE INSTRUMENT, BUT THE STRESS IS NOT WORTH THE LOVE THAT I HAVE (SORRY HAD) FOR BLACKBERRY.


can you let me know to whom i should send an email to the top authority so that i can get a new instrument which is not in any way a sub standard instrument like the one which was given to me.
