Blackberry travel doesn't recognize email account

Hi, I am unable to automatically sync trip scanning on my Z10.  I get the message "you do not have any email account set up"


I do have email on the Z10, but travel does not recognize it.  I have turned "everything" on it settings but it still won't recognize it. 


Any suggestions?
