I am using Blackberry 9700 and my current software is version 5,as thier is new update of software version 6 but the desktop software shows that my sftware is up to date and thier is no update.
Pls tell how can i install the latest software 6 in my blackberry 9700?desktop software saying that my software is upto date and thier is no update.

thanks for the reply but i am using windows 7 and i had downloaded the file whcih you had asked but i could not find the research in motion/app loader etc..

You can find vendor.xml in the following folders on vista / 7:
If x86 windows (32-bit):
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\Apploader\
If x64 windows (64-bit):
C:\Program files (x86)\Common Files\Research In Motion\Apploader\
