Re: Blackbook Apps - licence key probleme after purchase

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

I suggest that you clear the AppWorld application cache.

  • KB24714 How to clear cache for BlackBerry World on BlackBerry smartphones and the BlackBerry PlayBook tablet

For more registration key information, see this KB:

  • KB18646 How to locate and enter the license key for an application purchased through BlackBerry App World

Cheers!

Re: Blackbook Apps - licence key probleme after purchase

Hello,

Thank you for your answer.

I try the cleanning of the appworld cash and to look in appworld / My World information.

But I don't find any serial key, the View registration key option don't appear.

Any other idea?

Many thanks in advance.

Regards.

Re: Blackbook Apps - licence key probleme after purchase

If you are not seeing what you expect as per the above instructions, then I would recommend you contact the developer of the app. Their contact information should be contained on the BBWorld catalog page for the app.

Good luck!
