Blank window on starting Desktop Mananger

I've hapiliy been using Desktop Manager to sync contacts and calendar for years, but today I found that when I opened DM I only got a blank window. It all seems to be working in the background, as when I connect my bleackberry via USB a second window opens (also blank though). 


I've searched the internet, and followed suggestions for clean uninstall/install, but despite doing this a number of times (5 I think!) it still comes back with the same problem.

 

I''ve run out of ideas now - any suggestions?

To better assist you with this issue and to gather BlackBerry Desktop Software event logs to determine the root cause, we would request that you contact your mobile service provider to have this issue escalated to BlackBerry Technical support for further trouble shooting.
