I am unable to successfully add my Blackberry 9700 as a bluetooth device paired to my Windows 7 64 bit laptop in order to use the wireless syncing function. When I attempt to pair the device, I receive the error message "device driver was not successfully installed" and "Bluetooth peripheral device- no driver found." The properties display 2 missing drivers. Can someone advise me from where I can obtain these missing drivers. I am using Desktop Manager 126.96.36.199. Thanks

Go to the site for directions. You have to add the drivers manually.

I have a windows 7 32bits platform. i have followed your recommendation, however, when i get to "Ports (COM& LPT)" and click on it to open it, I do not find any RIM Virtual Serial Port. I am able to make phone calls with the laptop but i can not get on the internet through the Bluetooth connection with my BB 9700. A window pops asking me for my user name and password. i have enter the user name and password that I use for my AOL account but it dose not work. What user name and password is it referring to?

This solution does not work for Windows 7 64-bit and the Torch 9800. Some of suggested deleting the connection ON THE BB ONLY then re-adding the computer. However, this course of action did not fix the problem.

Same issue here. Unable to find a suitable Bluetooth driver for my kit.
I'm running 64-bit Windows 7 and am unable to source a Bluetooth driver to get a link with my Curve 9300 up and running.
A fairly common set-up - or so you'd think - so it's disappointing, really, that there's nothing out there that's easily found for this PC/Blackberry combo.
