Bluetooth not functioning

Hi My Torch 9800 s blue tooth is not, functioning, the blue light doesnt flas after putting it ON nor is discoverable or discovers and pairs with bluetooth devices in its vicinity. nor does its listen function discovers, how do i resolve?

Did you just update your OS? If you did, your bb may be adapting to the new installation, give it some days. Or try a hard reset. Or try an upgrade...if you haven't.
